Cancellation 

After an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be altered. 
Please make your purchase thoughtfully, as once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as perfumes, body mist, sunscreens and other personal care/beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns once products are delivered.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product/wrong item, we will verify the situation. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement. We will not be liable for refunds.

 

Returns, refunds, or replacements cannot be accepted solely based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product or its fragrance/texture.

 

We cannot accept returns once products are delivered.

 

RTO/Return: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice for your orders. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or non-acceptance of the order, we will not be responsible for returns, damages, or losses, and we will not be liable for refunds.

 

Additionally, please be aware that promotional and discount codes cannot be used or applied after an order has been placed, and their effects cannot be added retroactively.
