• Order Processing & Shipping Details

Orders are processed for shipping within 1–3 business days from the time your order is received.

Domestic Delivery Time:
Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on the shipping method you select.

Standard Shipping (Free):
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Delivery typically takes 4–7 days.

Express Shipping (₹150 Extra):
For express shipping via air courier, we charge an additional ₹150. Orders are booked for shipment within the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
Delivery generally takes 2–4 days from the date of shipment. However, we only guarantee air courier dispatch, and delivery time may vary based on location.

 

Once the shipment is booked, it is the responsibility of the courier company to pick up and deliver the order. We shall not be held accountable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

 

• Products cannot be returned once its delivered,  We will not be responsible for damages after delivery.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹800; extra charges for COD*.

RTO/Return: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice for your orders. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or non-acceptance of the order, we will not be responsible for returns, damages, or losses, and we will not be liable for refunds.

 

Partial COD Payment: A partial payment of ₹199 (Prepaid) for high-risk COD orders is non-refundable in case of RTO or cancellation. This policy helps minimize fake orders and recover shipping and handling costs.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For international shipments, we strive to collaborate with our courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, NimbusEcom, Skynet etc. to offer customs clearance services. The specifics of this process and the associated customs duties and handling fees will vary based on your location. To ensure smooth communication with the courier company and customs officials, please provide accurate and current email and phone details when placing your order.

Please be aware that international shipping incurs additional charges, which you can explore during the checkout process. Keep in mind that deliveries to international destinations are processed under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms. This means you are solely responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by local authorities in your location.

The international orders cannot be canceled or returned in any circumstances, we will not be responsible for any damages or loss.
