Shipping Policy

• Orders are booked for shipping in1-3 business days from receipt of your order.

As a result of the high demand for our products, choosing 'Standard Shipping' may lead to a delay in confirming and booking the shipment. To ensure a prompt processing, our 'express shipping' service guarantees that your order will be confirmed and booked for shipping within one working day (excluding Saturday/Sunday/public holidays) from the time of order placement. Standard Shipping Charges:₹50 (FREE for order above ₹800).

Express Shipping: We charge an additional ₹150 for express shipping (Air Courier) which guarantees the confirmation of your order and booking of the shipment within the next 1 working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and National holidays). Once the shipment is booked, it is the responsibility of the courier company to pick up and deliver the order. We shall not be held accountable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

 

• Products cannot be returned once its delivered,  We will not be responsible for damages after delivery.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹800; extra charges for COD*.

RTO/Return: Our courier partners will attempt delivery thrice for your orders. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or non-acceptance of the order, we will not be responsible for returns, damages, or losses, and we will not be liable for refunds.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For international shipments, we strive to collaborate with our courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, NimbusEcom, Skynet etc. to offer customs clearance services. The specifics of this process and the associated customs duties and handling fees will vary based on your location. To ensure smooth communication with the courier company and customs officials, please provide accurate and current email and phone details when placing your order.

Please be aware that international shipping incurs additional charges, which you can explore during the checkout process. Keep in mind that deliveries to international destinations are processed under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms. This means you are solely responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by local authorities in your location.

 

International Shipping and handling charges:

Standard: ₹1500 (Delivery may take 8-12 days)

Express: ₹2500 (Delivery may take 3-7 days)

The international orders cannot be canceled or returned in any circumstances, we will not be responsible for any damages or loss. 

Note: Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping may occasionally take longer than the usual time period. We cannot be held liable for these delays. In such cases, you may request to cancel your order and receive a refund.
