Processing & delivery

We process orders for shipping within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Domestic delivery usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the shipping method you choose.

Standard shipping

Free for prepaid orders across India

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Delivery typically takes 4-7 days.

Express shipping

₹150 extra

We book express orders for air-courier shipment by the next working day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Delivery generally takes 2-4 days from shipment.

We guarantee air-courier dispatch only. Delivery times may vary by location.

Cash on delivery

COD carries an additional charge of ₹120. Express shipping charges also apply where selected.

If your COD order is flagged as high risk, you may be asked to pay ₹199 in advance to proceed. This is a part-payment toward your order total, not an extra fee. The remaining balance is payable on delivery.

For high-risk COD orders, this ₹199 part-payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or returned to origin (RTO). This helps prevent fake orders and recover shipping and handling costs.

What to know about delivery

Courier responsibility & delays

Once a shipment is booked, the courier is responsible for pickup and delivery. NOOCSY is not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery. Shipping may take longer than usual because of circumstances beyond our control, and we are not liable for these delays.

Delivery attempts & RTO

Our courier partners attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, we are not responsible for returns, damage or loss, and no refund is due.

Damage, wrong items & returns

Products cannot be returned after delivery. We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

Report a wrong or damaged item through NOOCSY Support immediately after delivery. Reports cannot be accepted more than 24 hours after delivery. On the support page, please email us directly or fill in the support form to report the issue. AI chat is also available for help. Your reporting time is the time you submit your email or support form. We will respond within 24 hours of your submission; our response time does not affect whether your report was made within the reporting window.

03 / INTERNATIONAL

International shipping

For international orders, we aim to work with courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, NimbusEcom and Skynet to provide customs-clearance services. The process, customs duties and handling fees vary by location.

Please provide an accurate, current email address and phone number when ordering so the courier and customs authorities can contact you.

Shipping charges

International shipping starts at INR 1,590. The final charge depends on the number of products ordered. Additional international shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Customs duties & taxes

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms. You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged by your local authorities.

Cancellations, returns & liability

International orders cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances. We are not responsible for damage or loss.
